Zehnder Communications CEO Jeffrey Zehnder Receives Silver Medal Award

Zehnder Communications, Inc. CEO and founder, Jeffrey Zehnder, was honored Friday, March 13, with the American Advertising Federation's Silver Medal Award at the New Orleans ADDY Awards. Three Zehnder team members were also recognized with Ad Person of the Year awards.

The Silver Medal Award Program recognizes those who have made outstanding contributions to advertising and who have been active in furthering the industry's standards, creative excellence and responsibility in areas of social concern.

In less than 13 years, Jeff has guided Zehnder to become one of the largest agencies in the region. His long-term partnership with Michael Rainey, now Chief Creative Officer, has ensured the firm produces not just award-winning creative, but strategic and effective work.

Three Zehnder team members also received Ad Person of the Year Awards. Media Associate Kendal Schroder honored for Communications Support Person of the Year; Senior Media Planner/ Buyer Melissa Guidry for Media Person of the Year; and Interactive Creative Director Rob Hudak for Creative SVCS/ Art Director/ Copywriting Person of the Year.

American Advertising Federation ADDY awards recognize creative excellence in TV, radio, print, the Internet and mixed media. The ADDY awards competition is a three-tired contest rewarding achievements on local, regional and national levels.
