The Ernest N. Morial Convention Center faced rampant misperceptions about the condition of New Orleans and the facility post-Katrina. And since the Center is within short walking distance to an overwhelming quantity of New Orleans culture, Zehnder targeted meeting planners who routinely conduct city visits and walkthroughs as part of their selection process, and invited them to "Binge on Culture."
