DMG Serving Patients Safely
Tapping in to the insight that foregoing care can be costly later on, and working with our client, Zehnder developed a campaign that showed how DMG can care for patients safely—even in a pandemic and that health should be a priority no matter what. The campaign needed an optimistic and reassuring tone, avoiding any scary or mutiple safety measures. Additionally, we wanted to demonstrate the patient and doctor engaging face-to-face in masks while social distancing. At its heart, the campaign was about the patient-physician relationship.
Utilizing remote viewing and an all-day Zoom, we were able to work with our production team to shoot the spot with limited crew and limited talent. This kept everyone safe, while ensuring that the creative was timely.
In addition to television, Zehnder worked closely with our client to develop supporting radio and a landing page for online scheduling.
DuPage Medical Group has seen an increase in web activity and clicks to schedule online since the launch of the campaign.
